• Author of Nurture Shock to speak January 12, 7:00 p.m., at Los Altos High School
  The new book, Nurture Shock, by Po Bronson and Ashley Merryman, reports on research about conventional wisdom in parenting practices. Of particular interest to Silicon Valley FACES is Chapter Three which explores whether teaching children about race and skin color makes them better off or worse. Please come to this free event and learn about how current parenting practices impact youth today.
